Position Description: Business Enterprise Architect – Senior
- The Business Enterprise Architect – Senior, applies enterprise architecture principles and methods to define the integration of what the enterprise does then the define processes that compose the enterprise so they work effectively together and achieve the enterprise goals while operating in a state of process control.
- The enterprise is optimized and modernized by application of the most appropriate and effective technologies.
- The senior architect provides group facilitation, training, mentoring, quality assurance, continuous improvement, preventive action, and knowledge transfer.
- The senior architect is the key coordinator across multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of changes.
- The senior architect determines when and where to apply activity and data modeling, transformation analysis, process control analysis, root cause analysis, preventive action, and risk analysis.
- He/She determines key performance measures that are quantifiable and useful for process control of the enterprise architecture work.
- The senior architect assists in the development of standards for business and IT processes and the application of enterprise architecture models to the design and realization of software and databases so that they are integrated and shared across the enterprise.
- She/He identifies business opportunities consistent with enterprise objectives and principles. Senior level supervisors provide daily direction to staff.
Minimum Requirements For This Position:

Master's Degree or higher and 6 years
- High School/GED and 12 years
- Associate and 10 years
- Bachelor and 8 years
- Doctorate and 4 years
- An active DoD Security Clearance is a requirement and individual will be subject to a background investigation.
Note: Minimum requirements for a security clearance include:
- United States Citizen: you and your immediate family members
- Clean record with regards to: bankruptcy, drug use, and felony convictions
- Willingness to submit to background investigation
