Position Description: Information Technology Consultant
- The Information Technology Consultant leads major portions of large projects or autonomously leads small projects.
- The consultant provides solutions to IT problems and reports the results of analysis and studies performed in support of a project.
- The consultant gathers customer facts and requirements via process analysis, interviews, surveys, documentation analysis, etc. and draws conclusions the existing enterprise and opportunities for improvement and what is broken that needs to be repaired.
Minimum Requirements For This Position:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher and 5 years
- High School/GED and 9 years
- Associate and 7 years
- Master and 3 years
- Doctorate and 1 year
- An active DoD Security Clearance is a requirement and individual will be subject to a background investigation
Note: Minimum requirements for a security clearance include:
- United States Citizen: you and your immediate family members
- Clean record with regards to: bankruptcy, drug use, and felony convictions
- Willingness to submit to background investigation
