Position Description: IT Enterprise Architect

Develops requirements from project inception to termination for a designated IT subject area (i.e. data exchange, communication protocols)
Assists project members with the analysis and evaluation of the AS-IS and development of improvement recommendations for the TO-BE in the areas of: Information systems architecture, networking, communications, automation, communication protocols, risk management, root cause analysis, electronic analysis, process control, all aspects of software development life cycle, etc.
Assesses areas such as cost modeling, financial management, resource planning, performance management, and quality management.
Provides recommendations for improvements in assessed areas.
Provides detailed recommendations and solutions for technical problems and activities.

Minimum Requirements For This Position:

Multiple levels from people with:

Bachelor's Degree or higher and 5 years
High School/GED and 9 years
Associate and 7 years
Master and 3 years
Doctorate and 1 year

An active DoD Security Clearance is a requirement and individual will be subject to a background investigation.

To people with:

Master's Degree or higher and 10 years
High School/GED and 20 years
Associate and 15 years
Bachelor and 12 years
Doctorate and 8 years

An active DoD Security Clearance is a requirement and individual will be subject to a background investigation.

Clean record with regards to: bankruptcy, drug use, and felony convictions
